Since METOO is about "taking several SMALLER INCIDENTS (which would not get a conviction on their own and can also be of "ridiculously stupid accusations" like butt-touching or similar) and ADDING THEIR WEIGHT to GET A CONVICTION ... it should have been brought up! It is only when a female is the perpetrator that "prejudicial" precludes the mentioning of other accusations, but when it is a male - like HARVEY WEINSTEIN - you can bring every silly claim you can come up with! That isnt equality under the law!

  2. It isnt JUST AH who is playing the DOUBLE STANDARD GAME ... but rather the entire FEMALE-SIMPING POPULATION of the planet. Just compare it with Harvey Weinstein ... where loads of NON-CRIMES were added together to get him convicted and ruined. Weinstein is a CREEP ... but being a creep isnt criminal! Only when you actually commit a crime does it become actinable, but the standards were lowered for him! He never physically forced any woman against her will and they ALL COULD HAVE WALKED OUT THE DOOR! "Economic coercion" (or whatever) IS NOT A LEGAL ARGUMENT (team AH used it in their closing as well), because there is no "right to become a movie star" or "entitlement to JD's money".
