  1. Butt slapping isnt "objectively harrassment", because there needs to be REPETITION ... AND there are appropriate responses which SHOULD BE TAKEN: - elbow to the stomach (in an elevator for example) - slaps, kicks, verbal responses. If it continues to happen it jumps right past the harrassment stage to assault ... but it needs to be proven through other means as well, simple claims arent enough.
