Of course they are ... communists have ALWAYS done that and as evidence I present the german terrorist group RAF (Red Army Faction), which was supported by the GDR all throughout its existence. Many of the "retired" terrorists were found living in the GDR, but during the active time they were working together with the PLO ... and the famous hostage rescue operaion in Mogadishu in a plane that was captured by PLO terrorists, was actually a joint operation between PLO and RAF.
