  2. There have been communist parties in Italy all the time [the black-and-white movies about "Don Camillo and Peppone" were based on a reality of sorts] ... and they even ran several cities (the city where the Ferrari factory is for example) ... BUT the communists "fell apart" about 25 years ago.

  3. Here in Germany ... far-right neo-Nazi parties have been banned regularly ... BUT there is usually a long period of "proving that Nazi bit". There are quite a few communist parties though. The problem isnt "ORIGINAL communism" ... but rather REBRANDED communism ... which is "original communism which just the keywords replaced".
