  4. Yeah yeah ... I was one of the few who actually listened to the inquiry / testimony. They also had an example of HOW BUREAUCRATIC CORRUPTION WORKS from one of the witnesses. The LABOUR BUREAUCRATS also showed their RACISM - "black kids should NOT go to white foster parents" - in the 80s already.
