  1. They enforce these things indirectly ... by applying the "requirements" to adhere to federal rules to "money given to the states for roads" (or whatever non-connected issue). It is LEGAL TRICKERY and DISHONEST ... but you will only change that if you SWAP OUT THE ENTIRE CASTE OF BUREAUCRATS! Every bureaucrat needs to be made to RENEW THEIR OATH TO THE CONSTITUTION every day ... and they need to be TESTED EVERY YEAR (at minimum).

Subversion is far cheaper than an actual invasion ... just think about "Operation Ajax" from 1953, which cost the CIA (and Britain) about $400.000 (in 1953 $$, so its maybe $10 million now?) to change a country from "Democracy" to "Dictatorship" ...
