Preparation for war isnt the problem ... lack of cooperation and greed is. - an EU that wants to "steal" Ukraine from Russia as a place to sell goods to instead of recognizing the need of Russia for the agricultural produce from Ukraine. - an EU that aggressively pushes its products and free trade agreements onto Africa ... so local producers are killed off. The problem is that Russia has been declared to be "the enemy" by politically correct/progressive asshats in the west ... because they - in their feminist ideology - do not like macho man Vlad ruling Russia the way he does.

  2. Nuclear artillery is a stupid idea because the range isnt really large enough and the fallout can blow back onto your own troops. Chernobyl blew up thousands of miles from Germany and yet we have laws that wild boar killed in the woods needs to be checked for radiation levels to this date ... because they eat stuff from the ground which concentrates the radioactive materials that got blown over here. So ... FUCK NUCLEAR ARTILLERY!

You DONT need to "modernize" nuclear weapons ... you just need to replace them because the radioactive material decays over time which makes it possible that they dont work due to too low concentration AND the radiation also damages any materials around it so certain mechanical pieces might fail. There is NOTHING you can do to prevent this because you can not stop the decay of radioactive materials! Making nuclear missiles "completely modern" is a mistake IMO because smaller and smaller electronics are going to fail more easily.
