  1. Sorry ... "Jury nullification" is WRONG because it uses "not convicting ON PRINCIPLE" ... just as "using the jury to affect social change on the back of the defendant". You need to do this by STICKING PRECISELY TO THE LETTER OF THE LAW ... and by USING LOGICAL ARGUMENTS! "Jury nullification" - the way Styx explains it (by using your own judgement instead of THE LAW) - is BASED UPON EMOTIONAL JUDGEMENTS ... which is THE OPPOSITE OF LOGIC AND REASONING ... and thus a basis for UNFAIR JUSTICE. tl;dr Chauvin basically got convicted because of exactly this principle ... "sentencing him by GUT INSTINCT instead of LOGIC and REASONING in the judgement".
