  1. I don't think the economists understand the meaning of the words "annual" or "percentage". 15% isn't even close and they keep saying 7 or 8%. Inflation is going to be about 50% this year. Many things are up 25 to 45% already and we have 7 months to go.

  4. Over the last five years, the market generated an average return above 19%. Even with 15% inflation, you come out with a 4% growth in real returns. On top of that, if you own properties, inflation pumps up your property value a lot which can make borrowing a lot.
