  1. Our current inflation/recession is primarily driven by the high demand and low supply coming out of the pandemic. This is made much worse because the oil supply is kept artificially low and the gas companies are using the opportunity to pad their profits. The spending and stimulus kept us out of a recession due to the pandemic and also raise the standard of living of the middle class.
