Real Estate provides cashflow, tax benefits, equity building, competitive risk-adjusted returns, and inflation protection on its own. Whether you invest in physical properties or REITs, real estate may help you diversify your portfolio and reduce volatility. Dividends are what got me into investing in REITs, great way to secure the accumulate wealth, I hold AMT, CCI & PSA. $290k in profits made in 2022.

Recession is most likely the result of an external factor. For the first time in decades, the United States is losing its clout as a federal reserve currency. They don't have any more economies to use to control inflation, and less money is being spent on stock and oil trading than in the past. They all lend support to the idea that a new multilateral world order is in the works.

Recently bought some recommended stocks and now they are just penny stocks. There seems to be more negative portfolios in the last 3rd half of 2023 with markets tumbling, soaring inflation, and banks going out of business. My concern is how can the rapid interest-rate hike be of favor to a value investor, or is it better avoiding stocks for a while?

People will have to accept the possibility that we won't ever return to 3%. If sellers must sell, home prices will have to decline, and lower evaluations will follow. Sure I'm not alone in my chain of thoughts.

The effects of the downturn are beginning to sink in. People are being impacted by the long-term decline in property prices and the housing market. I recently sold my house in the Sacramento area, and I want to invest my lump-sum profit in the stock market before prices start to rise again. Is now the right moment to buy, or not?

My main concern now is how can we generate more revenue during quantitative times? I can't afford to see my savings crumble to dust.

If you are properly prepared and knowledgeable, every crash/collapse/inflation or recession gives an equal market opportunity. I've seen folks amass up to $800,000 throughout crises and even do it with ease in a terrible economy. Without a doubt, someone has become enormously wealthy as a result of the crash.

With rates climbing like never before in ’23 coupled with uncontrollable inflation, and our own mortgage at now 7.5% what are the best alternatives/strategies for avoiding a crunch and maximize my $600k savings other than moving in to an RV with my two kids and wife.

Buying and selling of stocks is easy. Tough is to hold the quality stocks. There are few gems in the world who held their stocks (after deep research) for years and sometime for decades. They are the most successful investors.

I would definitely say real estate at first, and would be the best investment overall. but investing in properties you don’t live in takes physical effort.. where investing in the computer is passive and becoming very lucrative.

In fact, it will only grow worse. Affordable homes will soon become unaffordable. Therefore, if anyone wants to do something, I suggest doing it right away because tomorrow's costs will appear to be lower than they are today. I believe that frenzy brought on by excessive inflation will persist until the Fed tightens its regulations considerably further. The bandage cannot be torn off in the middle.

Lisa Angelique Abel is the licensed fiduciary I use. Just research the name. You’d find necessary details to work with a correspondence to set up an appointment.

I advise you to invest in stocks to balance out your real estate, Even the worst recessions offer wonderful buying opportunities in the markets if you're cautious. Volatility can also result in excellent short-term buy and sell opportunities. This is not financial advice, but buy now because cash is definitely not king right now!

We are where we are because we ignored the fact that there’s no such thing as a free lunch.

I'm hesitant to make recommendations like this online so I can't drop her contact here, but you could look her up yourself and contact her if you wish. Her name is Natalie Marie Tuttle.

Government policy has thrown the future under the bus for decades. The time for reckoning is approaching. I believe the stock market will drop by as much as 80%. There will be no cash in the banks, so investors will rush out of equities and into real assets.... A survival strategy is required.

My advisor is ‘’Helene Claire Johnson’’ she’s highly qualified and experienced in the financial market. She has extensive knowledge of portfolio diversity and is considered an expert in the field. I recommend researching her credentials further. She has many years of experience and is a valuable resource for anyone looking to navigate the financial market

I greatly appreciate it. I'm fortunate to have come upon your message because investing greatly fascinates me. I'll look Natalie up and send her a message. You've truly motivated me. God's blessings on you.

Don't depend your market assessments and decisions on hearsay and rumors; I did it in 2020 and ended up with worthless market holdings. Before I started noticing any notable improvements in my portfolio, Heather and I had to completely rebuild it. I've been using the same advisor ever then, and in just two years I've scaled up to $876k. Depending on where you look, a bullish or down market might both produce good profits.

The idea of financial adviser aid may seem controversial to some, but according to a recent investopedia survey, demand for financial advisors has increased by over 41.8% since the pandemic, and based on personal experience, I can say with certainty that their skill sets are top-notch. From a sluggish $385K that lacked growth stocks, I raised almost $500k in 18 months.

@kimyoung8414 Having a coach is key in a volatile mar-ket, My advisor is "HEATHER ANN CHRISTENSEN" You can easily look her up, she has years of financial-market experience.

thats really massive! How can I participate in this? I sincerely aspire to establish a secure financial future and am eager to participate. Who is the driving force behind your success?

This is why I've entrusted a fiduciary with my investmnt decisions. Many underestimate advisors until emotions lead to losses. My advisor crafted a tailored strategy aligning with my long-term goals, guiding entry and exit points for the equities I focus on. This has grown my portfolio to over $850k. My personal best so far

I will be glad to enlist the services of a reputable one? How do I go about finding and vetting them. We know the value of a fiduciary as we have a family lawyer and he has hinted on it occasionally, so we began to consider the idea.

Zahair O'Brian I was never patient and lost a lot of money since I was an aggressive investor, but a buddy who works at Fidelity Investments introduced me to a financial advisor, "Eileen Ruth Sparks", who grew my account from $67k to $186k in 4 months.

Until the Fed clamps down even further I think we're going to see hysteria due to rampant inflation. If you are in cross roads or need sincere advise on the best moves to take now with financial markets will be best you seek a fin-professional with fiduciary responsibilities who knows about mortgage-backed securities for proper guidance.

@kimyoung8414 She should. Having a counselor is quite imperative for portfolio diversification. My advisor is ''HEATHER ANN CHRISTENSEN''. She is easily looked up and has extensive knowledge of the financial markets.
2
you are completely right, Advisors have information and paths that are not disclosed to the public.. I profited £560k in 2022 under the tutelage of my Fiduciary-counselor. Am I selling? Absolutely not.. I am going to sit back and observe how this all plays out.

I think stocks will plummet further before actually experiencing steady growth and there are still quite a few stocks that makes for a good buy this season, you just have to do your research, but to be on the safer side and not second guess your market decisions, I’d suggest you reach out to a proper investment adviser for guidance, they’re better equipped at understanding market patterns/movements and adjusting portfolio to match up with these market trends.

Appreciate this recommendation, hopefully I can get some insight to where the market is headed and strategies to beat the downtrend with when I hear back from Melissa.

I've been in touch with a financial analyst ever since I started my business. Knowing today's culture The challenge is knowing when to purchase or sell when investing in trending stocks, which is pretty simple. On my portfolio, which has grown over $900k in a little over a year, my adviser chooses entry and exit orders.
