  2.  Zahair O'Brian   According to what I've learned from my pundit advisor, inflation primarily impacts stock yields by eroding the value of a dollar of earnings, making it difficult for the market to judge the current value of the firms that comprise market indexes. Inflation, on the other hand, benefits value equities (if you know how to take advantage of this in the market). Because of the decisions made by my adviser, I always benefit from inflation.
