  2. Outsiders perceive that much of Europe is demoralized by Globalist EU policies. Citizens no longer feel they and their own individual governments have control over their lives. People are not motivated or hopeful, because they see and experience the EU central government as being against the European people. Governments are supposed to promote the safety, welfare and prosperity of citizens. Instead the EU is pursuing ideologies that make citizens poorer and miserable, and confer no benefit whatsoever. Net-Zero and unrestricted 3rd World immigration are prime examples. Europe will continue its downward spiral for as long as policies that harm quality of life are pursued by the EU.
