  10. Nice episode!!! Few things that concerns me... I see one window cover on the right side is not holding up well. I'm sure you will fix that with suction cups installed. I like other people's idea of gluing a thick foam to the window cover for more insulation. That will keep the warmth inside longer. That's a great idea so you can use less of your heater and the hassle of refilling it all the time. Instead of coloring your suction cups as one mentioned, just use a black duct tape to cover it up from the inside. If you are gonna use foam, it will eliminate any lighting coming out thru the suction cups. What I'm concerned about is that exhaust pipe under the car. Since it's not really pointing out of the vehicle's chassis, it could build up plenty of carbon monoxide under your vehicle overnight and could seep its way back into the vehicle thru gaps & cracks & small openings. Either create a hole thru car surface at the bottom for the exhaust pipe to stick out or get a longer pipe to point it away from the chassis in the rear. Because there is a big "Box space" under the chassis that could hold a large amount of carbon monoxide when the vehicle is not moving. Also, spray foam any gap & crack underneath the vehicle for extra safety. For those two holes you created, you can use automotive black putty to fill it in. That will block carbon monoxide from coming back in. Personally, I would have bought two small piece of pipes to permanently attach to the heater at the bottom & tape it with a special tape. So, that way, you don't have to struggle to tight the clamps while bending the heater box over again. Just slide the heater thru the holes and attach it at the bottom. It makes for the job a whole lot easier to move it whenever needed and less likely to leak inside.
