Yes, take your time to go through the contract... Count how many times it says AZ will give it's "Best Effort" to meet it's delivery schedule.. That "Best Effort" could have been helped with financing from the EU to increase it's capacity at it's Plants in the EU... Shame the EU didn't do that, unlike the UK who put extra money in to the company to do just that here in the UK..
