  1. The EU should take AstraZeneca to Court if they are unhappy with the outcome of the deal... They'll soon find that "Reasonable Best Efforts" in any contracts, just means "I'll try" Companies aren't obliged to lose money with this in the contract. They'll find in any Court, even with the biased, partisan ECJ that they don't have a leg to stand on. Perhaps if the EU wanted a more efficient supply line, they should have put more money in to the AstraZeneca supply lines and production facilities like the UK did and they wouldn't be having this problem now. Instead the EU threw money at failed German and French companies that haven't even produced a vaccine. But no, the EU wanted it as cheap as possible and spent an extra 3 months driving a hard bargain... So short sighted of them.. The EU failed very badly on this.
