  14. This Bill Browder needs to do a brain scan. He will find that the part of his brain responsible for logic doesn't work. And who is he to be an "authority on all things Putin", anyway? He is a financier - not a political scientist, not a military expert, not a psychologist, not an analyst of any kind. Plus, he has a bone to pick with Putin, as he was deported from Russia because he was involved in dubious activity with Russian gas and oil companies.
