As a Russian, I agree :-) . If someone would behave like that here, they will not be listened, will not be respected, will be utterly despised. It's because too many ppl in western world treat them like they talk some sense, they feel so entitled.

Education, ppl, lack of proper education does that. In Soviet Russia, where my parents were rased, they and all their frends were in daycare from the age of 1 y.o. Some were in orphan houses from birth. But they grown up like perfectly normal, happy, well-rounded people, bcs those who cared for them in those institutions had very good special education.
