  1. "Thank you for trying"? Would you thank a surgeon, who was supposed to do appendectomy, but amputated your both legs instead? May be that was a well-meaning surgeon, and he "simply" mistaken you for another patient, but does his good intentions mean anything in the face of the harm he did? The responsibility of one's actions is part of the job.
