Just recently Fidelity said they have been accumulating bitcoin since 2014, then again, it was announced that the SEC will likely heed to calls for BTC approval come 2023. This shows that whales and smart funds are buying bitcoin quietly, but they won't let the public know. It's such a pity that people are worried about btc not reaching a particular price at a given period instead of securing their place in the future with btc.
