Under Yanukovych, there was a law that guaranteed regional language rights to minorities if their population in the region was at least ten percent. And you don't think there are language patrols? There is a lot of evidence. Plus, if everything is so good, why was it necessary to exclude regional languages at all? Zelensky doesn’t even address the Russian Crimeans.
