First, most of Russians are not Muslims, but people from Dagestan are Muslims. It’s not so typical for Russia to being a Muslim, I can say that. Second, I don’t saw many Ethic Russians in Dagestan, it’s like an independent region with autonomy. “Texas or California is not US.” Did I say that? I’m talking about mentality.
