  1. Cash isn't king at all in this era and i think the best strategy is to start buying in slowly and then gradually increase the pace of buying as the prices continue to drop. Don't catch the falling knife. Long-term investors know that the market and economy will recover eventually, and investors should be positioned for such a rebound.
