  1. I don't participate in buy and hold. Im shorting with the trend. When the sentiment changes and so does the trend I'Il get back with buy and hold crowd. The ones panicking and squealing like rats are the ones buying and holding. There's so much they could be doing such as risk reversals and collars etc on their shares.
