@PhilipMurray251 From the little I learnt from my advisor who's a stock pundit, Inflation mostly affects stock yields in that, as inflation erodes the value of a dollar of earnings, it makes it difficult for the market too gauge the current value of the companies that make up market indexes. On the flip side, inflation favors value stocks (if you know how to take advantage of this in the market). I gain always from inflation because of the picks my advisor makes. I hope this helps.
