Unfortunately it came with 4 years of the dems just absolutely thrashing the country, but Trump is way better situated to get things done this time around, both with the Senate and the House, but also because he's figured out not to rely on losers like Pence etc. and can surround himself with actual good people. If he'd have been reelected in 2020 he'd have stayed surrounded by snakes and rats.
