@pipe_dev_null You need to get off the party line because you have to ignore all of the "every day" shootings that happen in Democrat strongholds like Chicago and then you end up looking silly. I live in a super conservative part of Idaho where people openly carry guns everywhere, and the vast majority of people vote conservatively, and there are no shootings. None. I do agree that this is a failure of our entire system, but both parties in D.C. are at fault, because we don't have term limits, so it actually behooves them all to exacerbate the problems rather than solve them so that they can stay in office longer and get richer while dividing the normal citizenry further.

Now imagine the kinds of things kids can be manipulated into believing about themselves when it's their teachers etc who are trying to convince them, especially in the absence of parental input or, even worse, with encouragement from their parent(s).
