  1. Girl at 6:42 is spot on. Fellas, if you are with a woman and she wants to vent to you about her day ask her "Are we doing sympathy or solutions?" and then proceed accordingly. It makes things so much easier and opens the door to effective communication in all aspects of your life. Once you both start to set expectations ahead of time all of the silent treatment, emotionality and "what I said vs what I meant" goes out the window. Women communicate like women and when they assume men communicate the same way. You essentially have to train them to communicate effectively and simply say what they mean. If your girl won't do it then she's almost certainly better as an ex.
