This is an inevitable result of the push toward the destruction of the nuclear family and the family unit as a whole. Ultimately the goal is to keep women as single moms and keep them dependent upon the system while also forcing men to pay for children they can barely interact with so that they will be hamstrung by the financial burden coupled with the lack of actual love an affection in their lives. They strip away your paycheck and replace it with only loneliness as a way to keep you beaten down and stuck inside the system. The government becomes the 'father' while simultaneously stripping away "something to fight for" from the men. It's a long play that is working exactly as intended in the west.
