  1. There is a local boba tea place that opened about 2 years ago. They use a digital POS system just like pretty much any business does nowadays. The single biggest difference between them and just about everywhere else is that when they turn the screen around for you to sign they bypass all of the tip screens and they WONT LET YOU TIP. They even refuse cash tips. These same people bend over backwards to make sure you are happy with their service and their drinks, and if you don't know what you want and they suggest something for you they WILL NOT LET YOU PAY until you've tried it and like it. If you don't like it they will make something else and they will give you both drinks for free. Their business is BOOMING, and word of mouth advertising for them has skyrocketed the amount of business to the point where it's always a long wait to get your drink, but nobody cares because they love the people who own the place and the people who work there so much.
