@TimesUhave2BA_radicalintellect Culture is a key determining factor of "environment". Culture is how the people in any given environment behave based on their shared values, or lack thereof.

@TimesUhave2BA_radicalintellect You are the one who is choosing to read detail into broad statements. By your logic black Sub-Saharan Africans have the same culture as poor black Americans and rich black Frenchmen simply because they have the same skin color.

@TimesUhave2BA_radicalintellect You are either ignorantly or intentionally interpreting my statement backwards while pretending that the prevailing sentiments and behaviors in American black culture aren't actually part of the culture. You also are telling me that black people have no control over their own behaviors and that illicit shipments of weapons to Iran in the 1980's created fatherless black homes, black crime rates, hip hop culture and more. You certainly have a radical intellect.
