The USSR withdraw, after the Afghan civil war in the mid 90's the Mujahideen morph into the Taliban and Al-Qaeda. Didn't that work out well for the people of Afghanistan and world security. UA delegates were posting online "crack open the champagne" - then the US sent Boris Johnson to torpedo peace. 7 UA delegates have confirmed peace was reached & Boris caned them.
