  2. the goals they set for themselves are to give the US weapons manufacturers $$ billion contracts and for these manufacturers to give $$ millions in kickbacks to corrupt congress. Congress do not care if they win or not, they just retreat (lose) and never talk of that war again before going on to their next forever war.   3.  @TheBazildog  RU ended the genocide of Russian speakers by the Poroshenko & Zelensky regimes where some 14,000 were killed all with the US / NATO / EU's approval after the CIA's violent and illegal coup in 2014. if it were any other country RU would be lauded for ending this killing. While we're at it why don't you look at the 30,000,000 killed in Americas forever wars since the end of WW2. How the US has been dropping on average 40 bombs a day, every day for 20 years on Pakistan, Iraq, Yemen, Somalia, Libya, Afghanistan etc. or how about how the USA are responsible for starting over 80 % of the wars they are involved in since the end of WW2? Don't forget - in its entire history the USA has NOT been at war for 16 years since 1776. And of course there are all of the terrorists the USA funds, weaponises and supports to destabilise regions
