  1. brilliant video done by Ben Norton on the "geopolitical economy report" titled "US military studies if NUCLEAR WAR on Russia would starve billions of people" where he uses US reports and papers of the continual studies at the request of the US Govt on outcomes on a nuclear war. The latest request, despite many studies having already been performed, appears to be how they will look for the study that has the results that they want and may use this report as a reasoning to use nuclear weapons against Russia, North Korea and Iran
