  1. yes, the USA / NATO think RU is weak because they do not follow the USA doctrine of shelling a country from 30,000 feet before sending in the tanks and troops (and still losing), while RU's goals were no to retake all of UA to reclaim their former Soviet territories but to secure the safety of the Donbas, demilitarize and deNazify - they have almost achieved their goals.
