UA haven't stopped anything. One of RU's goals was to demilitarise UA, and as of last report UA are losing 1200 soldier per day. Zelensky is dumb enough to keep forcing troops to the front lines to be killed, just as how he kept sending troops in to defend Bakhmut. Ask anyone with military experience or knowledge - why attack when your enemy comes to you and Zelensky keeps sending un trained troops to the front all so he can keep his money laundering operation going.
