  1. the USA treats Africa as one nation and lectures them, critisizing who is in power & their politics before doing deals that only benefit the US. Meanwhile RU & China don't care who is in power, treats each country with respect and des deals that are beneficial for all. look for the CIA to spend $ billions in trying to overthrow Amfrican leaders. These countries are well aware of their leaders who have been murdered by the west in the past all for colonialism
