  1. the USA / west make weapons that are complex, look nice and are fun to play with on the simulator, Russia makes weapons that is cheap and works where it matters most - on the battlefield

  2. yeah but it won't be a problem in the future. the USA has bullied NATO to "donating" all of their weapons to UA and in the future the US weapons manuf will get the $ billion contracts to resupply these NATO nations with their tanks, artillary etc. so all nations will have the same gear
