  1. NATO trying to show why they are still relevant and needed. ALL of EU / NATO / USA know what RU wants because they had been saying it since 2015, and again when RU sent the USA / NATO a draft treaty for security framework in Dec 2021 of which NATO & USA ignored. the USA have run away from UA knowing they failed on every front but they will bully / threaten EU / MATO keeps it going as long as possible - all the more destroying EU's economy.
