Victoria Nuland said Putin was in for a surprise. They were preparing it for March 7th - the U.S. website said "do not attend concerts." On March 8, a holiday, Shaman, the singer was to perform at Crocus. But the concert was postponed.
March 8, a grand concert with Grigory Leps, Emin Agalarov and Stas Mikhailov was to be held at Crocus with a huge number of spectators, the bulk of whom were women, who were supposed to be killed and burned. The plan was also based on the fact that the weaker sex would not be able to offer any resistance, high heels and dresses would make it difficult to exit the hall and the building in general. The number of victims was supposed to shock the whole planet and become one of the worst terrorist attacks in the history of mankind.
