  3. so theUSA want to fly around and target Russian troops and get away with impunity? for their staff to sit in Poland giving UA missile batteries co-ordinates to strike Russian soldiers knowing they cannot be fired upon in return? by funding, weaponising and training UA troops the USA are now active participants and can legally be targeted by Russia
