  1. the USA couldn't achieve their primary goal of regime change in RU so they could go in to RU and rape it of its oil, gas and mineral wealth, so they switched to plan B - bully NATO to "donate" all of their weapons to UA - all so the US weapons manuf get the mega $$ billion contracts to replenish everything, and corrupt UA congress get $$ millions in kickbacks from these companies
