  1. "special forces may be affective" - not against artillery nor in a war where troop movements are seen by satellites, drones, planes. they are effective when the enemy does not expect them or that they are to be attacked - something i highly doubt the Russians would not be prepared for

  2. UA were very well trained, weaponised and funded - for 8 years by NATO to NATO standards. they have all died now so NATO needs to supply the soldiers to go along with everything else they are sending

  9.  @Notagain640  Wagner is a Russian paramilitary unit, so they are RUSSIANS fighting for RUSSIA. bit different to NATO troops who are mercenaries and can legally be executed when captured

  10. as for the UK - the Foreign Enlistment Act 1819 and the Foreign Enlistment Act 1870 make it unlawful for British subjects to join the armed forces of any state warring with another state at peace with Britain. clearly something the unelected PM Sunak is not aware of
