  1. just ask those from Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Afghanistan etc what they think of US landmines where the USA just pack up & walk away with no accountability. UA will suffer from Zelensky's use of cluster munitions but he will either have run away to live in a new country with his stolen millions or be swinging from a lamp post i the Maidan courtesy of his own troops, so he doesn't care about cluster munitions
