"RU are better equiped"? funny, they weren't complaining when the UA military was expanded, trained, weaponised and funded by NATO to NATO standards and they were shelling the Donbas for 8 years. It is because unlike the USA who carpet bombs a country before sending in the tanks and troops, RU targets military targets, destroys ammo dumps etc this reducing their war supplies.
