  1. this isn't about defence aid. It is about the USA starting another war, and bullying NATO countries to "donate" all of their old weapons - artillery, armoured vehicles, tanks and now fighter jets. Then the US military companies will get the $$ billion contracts to ALL of NATO to replace & upgrade their equipment. And now ALL of NATO will have identical equ so a German tank will use the same shells as a French tanks. the USA has played the EU / NATO for fools
