  2. China and President Xi were prepared to meet not long into the SMO do discuss peace - but the west blocked it. The US said it is up to UA to seek peace and yet whenever RU or China offered pece talks, the US torpedoed them. the clown in green is obviously ignorant in knowing China and RU have very strong ties and there is no way China would agree to UA's 10 point peace plan.
