Stoltenberg is delusional thinking that they will eventually get UA into NATO. by the time RU is finished, either there will be no Ukraine, or it will be written int heir constition of permanent neutrality. once this is over NATO & the EU will want nothing to do with Zelensky, up to now he has been a useful pawn. But UA doesn't meet the standards for membership in either block
