  1. I have no doubt UA troops put a yellow arm band on a Russian or UA defector if this is legitimate. Zelensky demands an investigation into this all the while ignoring his own troops shooting / torturing & murdering Russian POW's, the AZOV Battalion have posted their own crimes online - where is the ICC's investigation into these war crimes?
