  3. millions - you mean $$ billions. BUT the US weapons manufacturers will get the mega $$ billion contracts to re-arm all of NATO. And the US will make sure EVERY NATO country uses their equ so there will no longer be problems of German Leopard tank munitions not working in French tanks. And these manufacturers will give $$ millions to corrupt US congress - so all is good in the world
